Course Facilitator
David McGrath is an educator and meditation teacher with over twenty years experience in learning and personal development.
He is a fully accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist and a member of the Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (A.P.P.I.). He has worked in education since 2003 and has been teaching meditation since 2008.
In 2011, he was ordained to offer instruction in Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and Roy Eugene Davis. Since 2021, he has designed and delivered wellbeing and reflective learning programmes through Ireland’s Education and Training Board (ETB).
This programme brings together his experience across education, psychotherapy, and contemplative practice, offering a structured space for reflection that integrates psychological insight, practical enquiry, and embodied awareness.
